Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Kvesir Founder Portal ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Kvesir Group ApS ("Kvesir"), a company registered in Denmark.

2. Eligibility

Access to the Platform is by invitation only. You may only use the Platform if you have been granted access as a founder, employee, or advisor of a Kvesir portfolio company, or as a member of the Kvesir team. Access is non-transferable.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Platform to:

• Manage tasks and tickets for your company.
• Share documents and metrics with Kvesir.
• Communicate with the Kvesir team through the platform tools.
• Access AI-generated insights and tools provided by Kvesir.

4. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Danish or EU law.
• Attempt to access data belonging to another company or user.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data or code from the Platform.
• Upload malicious files or content designed to disrupt the Platform.
• Share your login credentials or access with any unauthorised person.
• Use the AI features to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or unlawful.

5. Content you upload

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform (documents, metrics, comments). By uploading content, you grant Kvesir a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Platform services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

6. AI features

The Platform includes AI-powered features (analysis, summaries, ticket suggestions, retrospectives) generated using Anthropic's Claude API. AI outputs are advisory only — they do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Kvesir makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Always apply your own judgement before acting on AI suggestions.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its design, code, and AI tools, is the intellectual property of Kvesir Group ApS. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of Platform IP to you. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or suspend access with or without notice. Kvesir is not liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, Kvesir's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed DKK 5,000. Kvesir is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms or if your company exits the Kvesir portfolio. On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, with the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
